BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS from PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC (DBA RODHOLDERDEPOT.COM) you agree to abide by the policies stipulated below.
Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept , Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
CREDIT CARDS & PAYPAL PURCHASES ARE CHARGED AT THE TIME OF THE ORDER: This is because Rodholderdepot.com does not retain credit card numbers, expiration dates and security codes. This provides a higher level of protection against fraud for both the customer and for Rodholderdepot.com. The interest incurred due to this policy is generally pennies per day. The added protection you receive for these pennies per day is well worth it. If you are concerned about the small amount of interest that you would incur as a result of this policy. We will happily refund the daily simple interest for the period from the time you order until the time the product ships.
Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. Unless otherwise indicated "FREE SHIPPING" is only offered for destinations in the lower 48 states.We reserve the right to use our choice of shipping companies including United Parcel Service, United States Post Office, Federal Express and other as we deem appropriate.
Some international shipments will ship free if indicated, although unlikely we reserve the right to adjust shipping charges if an error has occurred on products where we offer free shipping.
Cancellations. All cancellations initiated by the customer are subject to a minimum charge of 3.5%. This is the amount that is charged by the credit card company for handling the initial transaction. Your credit card will be credited with your original purchase price less the 3.5%.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. If your package is damage upon receipt be sure to take several pictures of the damage and the carton in which it came, the pictures will be helpful in resolving your issue with the freight carrier or shipping company.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, email our us at email@example.com or call for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products returned that are not defective will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price of the item being returned.
Waiver and Release: I, the customer understand that by purchasing products from PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC (doing business as RODHOLDERDEPOT.COM), I release and forever discharge and hold harmless PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the products or services provided by PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC.
Further, I the customer understand and acknowledge that this release discharges PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC from any liability or claim that I may have against PARTNERS and SOLUTIONS LLC with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the products purchased or services provided to me as a the customer.
Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
· Original packaging.
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us
When you are returning an item that was "free shipping" and that is not defective or is being returned because it did not fit in your desired location and was not the fault of Rodholderdepot.com we will deduct 10% from your refund to cover our cost of shipping your original order.
Product Images - Some products may include images of items that are optional to that product, meaning they are an additional cost. It is the purchasers responsibility to determine if the items shown are included in the base price or if they are optional. Note to International Customers - We generally do not know the shipping costs at the time of purchase. In these cases you may make the purchase and we will send you a followup link to pay for actual shipping costs once they are known. If you decide not to purchase due to shipping costs we will refund your original purchase costs immediately once you have notified us.
Orders that are shipped outside the supplier country might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
