Track Mount    The mount fits tracks that accepts 3" wide x 1/4" thick track plates(Bert's, Traxtech, Titelok).  Therefore, you do not have to replace your existing track system unnecessarily. (Track not included with the mount;  may be purchased separately.)

Part Number: MTU42 CHOOSE FROM OPTIONS

The 42° Lund mount is machined from a solid piece of aluminum bar and is pressed to create the angled bend.  The slotted keys are made from stainless steel and are attached to all solid aluminum components which complete the round knobs.  You will know when your unit is locked into place when the red line gauge is in the vertical position.  Also, provided with this unit are two synthetic levelers at the end of the unit to give the mount added support and to protect the gunnel from unnecessary scratches.

 A single rod holder can be mounted to this unit, or for use with multiple rod holders, the cross-plate can either be mounted directly to the mount or with 2" stanchion risers!  Cannon, Big Jon and Walker downrigger adapter plates are also available.

Longer lengths of track can be secured to multiple Lund mounts to create a strong, versatile and easily removable track system.  Contact us with your measurements and we can get a setup designed just for you!

The short cradle is designed for quick and easy removal of the fishing rod.  The rods reel will sit in the cut out recession against the base of the cradle and the rod handle will sit safely into the boat. 

This design works well for pulling boards as well as running your rod tips near the water for Muskie fishing.

There is a recession in where the reel sits in the cradle to help protect the rod and assist in keeping it from spinning in the cradle.  There is also a trigger slot at the far end of the cradle to ensure that rods with triggers on them sit comfortably in the cradle.

If you are looking to bury your rod tip into the water we do have "chicken ring's" available as shown in the photo's of our Long Cradle Rod Holder.  This option is great if you plan to bury your rod tips in the water or if you want to tilt your rod up vertically and lock them in place when cruising between destinations.

Part Number: XPCUP - CHOOSE MOUNTING TYPE (track mount shown for display)

This aluminum cup holder is large enough to securely hold any beverage can wrapped in a koozie and can be mounted to your boat in many ways.  Unlike other cup holders available we take the time to apply a thick rubber coating around the rim of every cup holder for a safe and clean look. 

Cup holders can slide into any Bert's, Traxstech or Cisco track system (similar models will fit as well) when mounted to our track mount as shown in the photo.  

For customers looking to install one on a Cross-Plate in between rod holders this can easily be done.  On the underside of any of our Double, Triple, or Quad Cross-Plates simply drill out the pre existing dimple and the hole pattern in the bottom of the cup holder will line up with these holes.  Mounting hardware provided.

These thumbscrews are now provided standard with all new equipment purchased throughout our Cisco product line; they can also replace any thumbscrews previously used for your Cisco, Big Jon and Bert's equipment that utilize a standard 1/4-20 thread!

Quick Release Mount Features

The quick release mount was designed for charter captains but has been adopted by many fisherman who were looking to quickly remove and store rod holders from their boat with no loose pieces (such as thumbscrews) to misplace.  The unit can simply be secured to your boat in seconds.

 The bottom (or gunnel) plate will mount directly to the gunnel and the top plate will slide onto it. Our brass plunger secures it into place.  A machined aluminum stop (shown to the left) will ensure that the unit cannot go any further outboard than the gunnel plate.

This mount has become one of our top selling units due to its tight fitting design which incorporates the machined interlocking channels and our solid stainless steel plunger.  There is no “slop” when the gunnel plate is secured to the quick release top plate.  All pieces of this mount have been machined down from a solid billet aluminum.

  Adjustability of the Rod Holders

The tube style rod holder is designed to index 360° with 20 interlocking positions by simply lifting and turning our exclusively engineered spring loaded mechanism. When engaged, it is secured by machined teeth around the entire circumference for virtually no wear on the product ensuring a lifetime of sustainability.

In addition to the radial movement we now offer two different style rod holders.  Our Pro Style will adjust infinitely between 0-90° and our Elite Style will adjust infinitely between 0-135°. Also, unlike some competitors who use a spring loaded screw to fit into a set of pre determined holes, our system allows for infinite adjust-ability with superior strength, and a secured tight fit with no slop.  The padded lever can be rotated to lock in any direction to meet the needs of each user.

In the bottom of each tube a machined extension mates with the cross cut in the rod handle butt to keep the rod from swaying.

Our Alumacraft mounts are designed to fit securley to the Alumatrack systems built into the gunnel.  No tools are required and our design allows for quick and easy removal from the gunnel.  Our compact design also keeps your equipment mounted low to the boat.

By capturing the underside and top of the gunnel with our machined bracket we are able to attach these brackets to the Voyaguer, Escape, Competitor, Classic and Trophy models.  This bracket comes with pre-drilled 1/4-20 holes that will attach our double/triple/quad cross plates to them as well as our various downrigger adapter plates.  Cisco, Scotty, Cabela and Folbe rod mounts will also mate with the hole patterns included on the mount.  These mounts can also be bridged with a our Sure-Stop Tracks to securely mount downriggers and vertical trees without flexing the gunnel

This 42° Dual Sport Trac Mount is designed for anglers looking to mount heavy/tall equipment to their boat.  By bridging (2) of our sport trac Lund mounts together with our Sure-Stop Track,  the torque transfers much more evenly across the gunnel.  This eliminates the typical "flexing" you may find when using high speed downriggers or vertical tree masts.   This system is available in various lengths to cover additional area along the gunnel.  

Any of your new or existing track mounted equipment will slide into the Sure-Stop track.  This makes securing or removing equipment from your boat easy and quick.  If preferred this system stay secured to the boat and your cover will still easily fit over the mounts.

For fishermen looking for a way to elevate and electronics mount or stagger single rod holders throughout the boat we have designed the strongest riser mount capable of withstanding high amounts of stress.  Most popular riser mounts use an extruded thin walled aluminum tubing to gain elevation and the top joint of the mount is cast plastic which will fatigue and break over time.  Our mount is made from 100% aircraft grade aluminum and machined from solid material to offer a virtually indestructible riser.

Thumbscrew Rail Mount Features

Our newly designed thumbscrew rail mount gives the user additional options than the rail mount described above.  As shown to the right, the rod holder is attached to a top plate with two thumbscrews and can be attached/unattached leaving only the slim fitted mount attached to the rail.  

 Users found this mount most practical when frequently removing the rod holders from their boat for storage or to re-attach the slim fitted boat cover.

 If you are more of a casual fisherman and prefer to have multiple placements around your boat you may also purchase additional base mounts.  This option allows you to move your rod holders from base to base rather than purchasing additional rod holders than necessary.

This mast unit is perfect for individuals who would like to rig their boat in their own unique setup.  The mast is solid aluminum and is compact enough for you to place in various locations on your boat. We have designed our planer masts to be the most durable product available on the market. 

Every piece of aluminum is machined and crafted from solid aluminum and anodized to military specs. Unlike other brands, which use hollow aluminum tubing for the upright mast, we construct ours using a solid 1½” pole to ensure that even in the toughest conditions our mast will neither bend nor break.

 The unit comes with mounting plate, backing plate, solid collar and swivel pulleys and is capable for use with our manual/electric reel(s).

Pulley Specs

Cisco pulley’s are constructed with solid aluminum side plates, hard anodized aluminum sheave, stainless steel ball bearings, and bolted together with stainless steel hardware.  We manufacture quality products built for a lifetime of use!

 The sheave is recessed to prevent the line from being captured between the side plate and sheave.  The 12/0 swivel is rated by the manufacturer at 1500 lbs (this swivel is constructed in the USA).

 Unlike our competitors you will not find a single piece of plastic on our pulleys!  This is also why our pulleys do not make any squealing sounds when in use.  The stainless steel bearings provide a smooth and silent operation like no other pulley available!

Manual/Electric Reel Specs (Upgrade)

12 Volt Motor Specs: Our solid aluminum 6” reel is powered by motors which are engineered and manufactured in the USA; these motors have 2½ times more torque than our competitors making it possible to retrieve any size planer board at any trolling speed. 

Attached to the shaft is a heavy duty stainless steel collar which is built for precision adjustments of the clutch (other manufacturers use a thin snap ring which when too much pressure is applied breaks the ring causing the clutch components to rub against the motor housing, thus destroying the unit).

Additionally, we seal our motors through an extensive weatherproofing process to ensure a long lasting life of the motor.

Specs for Reel and Clutch Components: The 6” reel comes with a stainless steel bore to fit the driveshaft. Attached to the shaft is a heavy duty stainless steel collar which is built for precision adjustments of the clutch (other manufacturers use a thin snap ring which when too much pressure is applied breaks the ring causing the clutch components to rub against the motor housing, thus destroying the unit). Our clutch components use a hard anodize pressure plate and 660 bronze machined clutch pads for virtually no wear on the unit even after years of constant use.  The clutch knob is also solid aluminum and unlike plastic knobs, will neither break nor need replaced each season.

ELECTRIC CONTROLS FOR MOTORS

 

The electric control box is constructed of polycarbonate material and has a waterproof enclosure with stainless steel screws.  The wire fittings have rubber inserts to grip and seal the wire as it enters the control box to ensure a watertight seal.  Dimensions are approximately 3” x 3” x 2”.

Included in the control is a resettable push button 15 amp breaker with a waterproof boot.  There is a 3-way switch (on-off-on) which controls the spooling rotation of the reel and also includes a switch guard and a waterproof boot.

The wire is 14 Gauge Fine Stranded low voltage copper wire.  The jacket of the wire is UV/water/oil resistant.  We provide 11 feet of wire from the boat power supply to the control box and 22 feet of wire from the control box to the electric drive reel.  Extra lengths are available at customer request (additional charges may apply).

 Note: Only one electric control can be used with each electric motor.

These black protective sleeves are a perfect way to protect your rod holders when they are not in use.  This expandable sleeve will fit snugly over the entire rod holder and will protect the tube from scratches.

 

The sleeve simply slides onto the rod holder to allow for easy covering and removal.  The top of the netting also folds inside the top of the tube to protect the rim of the tube from damage.

These track backing plates are designed to reinforce each of the mounting stress points the gunnel creates when heavy equipment is mounted in the tracks.  We recommend anyone running dipsy rod holders or downriggers in their track reinforces the underneath mounting hole locations whenever possible.  These plates are made from solid aircraft grade aluminum.

Our Drop & Lock track mount is designed to fit into any track for track dimensions with an inside width of 3" and 1/4" height.  Unlike other track mounts which require entry points only on the sides of the tracks, this mount allows you to drop in from the top portion of the track, and rotate into a locking position.  For tracks that may have obstacles on either side of the tracks (cleats, bimini receptacles, fuel caps), this allows you to secure equipment without having to worry about interference.  

This mount will attach to any of our individual tube or cradle style rod holders, as well as our LED Light.  This mount is not designed for use with vertical trees, downriggers, or double/triple/quad units. 

Once in position inside the track you will lock in place with the two thumbscrews. 

Thumbscrew Mounting Plate - This plate can be mounted to any location on your gunnel and can secure any rod holder units on a thumbscrew base plate. This plate is also capable of securing a downrigger.

 

The hole pattern is also the same as Big Jon’s so you do not have to worry about drilling additional holes in your boat; this plate will mount directly to the pre-drilled holes

Thumbscrew Mount   - Its great to have a spare Thumbscrew Mount for locating electronics in different places on your vessel. The base plate of this mount is permanently fastened to the guwale. A set of two thumbscrews fasten the mount to the base plate. This allows for easy removal and storage of your electronics.
